The Landlady "continuation"

As Billy was signing in (the landlady insisted), she asked him if he would care for another cup of tea. Now, he didn't want to appear dis-courteous and refuse her offer, but then again, he was rather sleepy. All Billy wanted was to get some rest and leave as soon as possible. He replied back,
"I guess one cup of tea wouldn't hurt,"
No thank you, I would just like a bed,"
