New Years Resolution

Lisa MacKay

It's the beginning of a new year, and you—along with thousands of people—have decided to start your "new year, new you" diet and exercise regime. As you walk into work, you brace yourself to be bombarded with all the leftover holiday sweets that your coworkers are trying to get rid of. But first, you consider stopping by the office cafeteria to see if there's anything more appetizing than your jar of overnight oats. You browse the cafeteria and are tempted to buy a doughnut. What do you do?
Forget the diet. That doughnut is calling your name.
You resist the temptation and keep telling yourself how much you love overnight oats.
