Sonic's Confession

Cat Hall

It was a beautiful day in Blattersville, and Bambi and her friends were at the Marine Museum in midtown square. They wanted to see a tour of the biggest boat they had, which was an army tug boat.
"Come on, guys! This is going to be awesome! We will have the best time!" Bambi said to her friends as they followed her into the museum.
"This is going to be amazing! I've never toured a tug boat from the army before!" Amy commented. "And the fresh sea breeze feels so good! It's like nature's air conditioning!"
"Yeah, this is great! I can't wait to go on the boat!" Bambi said. She knew everyone else was about as excited as she was.
Meanwhile, Sonic wasn't up to going on the boat. He would rather stay away from any and all boats, but he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of the museum, so he kept it a secret.
"Uh, Sonic, why are you way back there? The tour guide needs you to sign up for the tour, like we did." Bambi said.
"Oh, uh, I was just looking at that steam plant over there across the bay." Sonic lied. He knew that if he sounded too suspicious, Bambi would get on his tail and make him spill the truth.
"Oh, dang, she's too smart to trick. I'll have to start smaller." Sonic thought to himself as he trudged into the signup list.
"Come along now, folks. I will now take you to the biggest part of your tour, the steam ship!"
Hearing the others leave, Sonic hurriedly ran to catch up with them. He saw the steam ship and nearly fainted. "Oh, man, do I have to go on THAT??"
"Dang, this is huge! I can't wait to go on it!" Bambi said, her mouth hanging open slightly.
"Yeah, that's gonna be fun!" Shadow said for the first time since they arrived. Knuckles was about to say something, but decided not to. He thought he might say something stupid from surprise.
"Now, if you'll just follow me, I will take you on a complete tour of the ship." The guide started off.
"Yeah, let's go on this puppy!" Bambi excitedly said, running up the stepladder onto the main deck.
