The Wanna Be Cop

Once upon a time there lived a wanna be cop by the name of James Howel. He was brave, ambitious, overly excited, and hungry for adventure.
His fatal flaw was that he was under 5'5 in height, unbelievably scrawny, and typically the last person you'd ever expect to become a policeman. These physical flaws have given James plenty of ridicule and bullied experiences throughout his entire life.
James has always had the ultimate life long yearning and desire to become a police officer just like his older big brother Nick. James doesn't only want to become a police officer, he wants to become the best the force has ever had, and also fight side by side with his brother putting the bad guys of the city behind bars.
James feels that it is unlikely that he'll get into the police academy. He feels that if he doesn't get in that he'll become an embarrassment to the family bloodline. Both his father, and his father's father, and so on have all been police officers.
James has an overly excited personality.
James is very brave.
