You are a depressed North Korean who despises the government and desperately wants to escape.
You have various escape routes to choose from- some riskier than others. All you need to do is make it out alive, and the more people that end up being tortured for your actions the worse.
You may try to save your family, but be warned- it will be harder.
Once you make it out, find a country that will allow you to seek refuge and don't get captured again.
