Felix Bueno

Felix Is a 23 Year old man, He was only 17 when the Flash happened. He is from Spain, He migrated over to Pearl Harbor at the age 16 with his Father. Four days after Felix's 17th Birthday the Flash happened. His father died from the bomb. He found some guns and ran over to Materson Valley. At Materson there was a small house on a roof. He lives there to this day. He scavenges for supplies and goes to Crane Town alot. He doesnt kill anyone without a reason and is fairly nice at most times. He has survived the Flash.
