Lawsen-Robber-911 lady
On a cold fall night I was walking home from the grocery store and decided to take a shortcut. That was the worst mistake I ever made. It was dark that night and I just expected to walk home but then I saw this scary man. The streetlight let me see some of him. He was in the shadows looking like he was waiting for someone, and he was…. me.
“You look lost,” he said. The man in front of me wore dark clothes and sunglasses. He had a scraggly beard and he spoke with a Russian accent.
“No Im just walking home,” I replied, as the man started walking toward me.
I started walking away, but then I saw he had a gun in his pocket. “Leave me alone!” I exclaimed.
Then he said, “Not until you get on the ground and hand over all your money!”
“I don’t have any money,” I cried.
“I don’t believe you,” he replied “Empty your pockets now.”
“I will not do it,”I answered.
“Well thats too bad,” he said, taking out his gun.
“ Please, you don’t have to do this,” I pleaded, but he didn’t care.
“Just hand over the money NOW!” he yelled.
“No,” I screamed. Then I started running away with him chasing after me.
“Dont make me shoot you!” he yelled.
I”m calling the cops!” I screeched, pulling out my cellphone.
“Stop now!” he screamed, and then he shot a warning shot.
I kept running and called 911. “Hello 911” a woman answered.
“Help I’m being robbed!” I exclaimed.
“Ok I will send some police,” she said. “Where are you?”
“I am on 7th Ave heading east,” I said out of breath.
“Ok stay safe until the cops arrive” she told me.
“Easier said than done,” I thought.
“Come back here!” the man yelled. He was getting closer. I didn’t know how much longer I could run. Luckily the police arrived.
The man pulled out his gun and said, “I will shoot if I have to!”
The man ducked behind a dumpster. “Put the gun on the ground and put your hands on your head,” the police shouted.
The man started running and exclaimed,”You’ll never catch me alive!” The cops started chasing him and I followed to see what would happen.
I ran around a corner to see the man get shot in the leg. “AGHHHH,” he screamed. “My leg!”
“That will teach you,” I cheered. The cops talked to me a bit and then drove me home. When I got home, I told my wife what had happened. “I hope that the man has to go to jail for a while,” I said.
The next day I went to the police station to talk some more. I found out that the man had to get his leg amputated. I said to the police, “I feel kind of sad for him, but I think that he should go to jail for what he has done.”
