IC, just noticed that I prefilled wrong account number on this transfer form. I'll get a new one out right away.
IC, I just noticed that I switched some digits on this transfer form. I've already reached out to the custodian to see if we can push it through, and it might work since we have a statement. I've got a new form ready to go the in the mail today, and will followup with the client tomorrow to explain why we're resending. So sorry for the mistake! I double checked everything else just now to make sure it was the only one. Please let me know if I can do anything else!
